Ariela Laibson is a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, parents and families. Ariela has over a decade of experience utilizing evidence-based treatment practices in her work with children and youths diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, anxiety and depression. She has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis and enjoys collaborating with clients to develop attainable individualized treatment goals. Ariela worked as a Lead Social Worker in Foster Care and Adoptions in the Los Angeles area for eight years conducting SAFE home studies, providing therapy and case management support to caregivers and youths, and assisting in the facilitation of the placement and adoption processes. She most recently worked for a non-public school serving students with Autism and related disorders as the Manager of Admissions and Counseling Services in Orange County, CA.
