Karly works as a bilingual therapist in CHC’s South Bay community clinic, providing services for children 6 years and older. Karly has worked with children, teens and families for the past nine years following her undergraduate studies; her experience ranges from providing support in school settings, behavioral health clinics, hospitals and home-based services and via online therapy. She enjoys incorporating mindfulness and art into her work with clients. Karly recognizes that each child, teen and family is unique with their own values, culture and interests and Karly uses those aspects to support her clients in growing and reaching their goals.


Rachel is a bilingual therapist providing therapy services for children 6 years and older. She has worked with children, teens, and families in an outpatient therapeutic setting for over 12 years providing individual, group, collateral, and family therapy services. Rachel practices from a client-centered and trauma-informed lens and honors clients’ voices and choices in their care. She has experience working with children and teens presenting with a wide variety of social-emotional needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, learning differences, developmental concerns, and adjustment to life changes. She also enjoys working with caregivers to manage stress, implement effective behavioral strategies, and support their children with emotional regulation skills.
